0 Hwy 78, Ocotillo, California 92004

Desert enthusiast, this deal is too good to pass up! 10 Acres of flat, usable land located in Ocotillo Wells, just minutes from Pole Line and the Blu-Inn. Bring your toys, rigs and ideas to make this property your own! Current owners have cleared 5 acres of brush and placed 4×4 wooden poles at each corner of the property to mark its boundary lines. This lot is located approximately 1 mile south of Hwy 78, so it’s quiet, away from other people and camps. There are 5 couples who own this lot together, so if you have a good group of desert friends, this is a great opportunity to buy something together if you don’t have the means to buy it on your own.
