City of Malibu approvals in hand for a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom contemporary beach house! Capitalize on the owner’s hard work, time, and cost by purchasing this property with plans and planning approval. Set on a deeper stretch of sandy beach, just .9 miles West of Topanga Canyon & PCH, this oceanfront parcel offers sweeping Pacific views of the “Queen’s Necklace” to the East, the sound of the surf, and spectacular horizon sunsets to the West. Acclaimed local architect Steven Kent designed the striking residence consisting of approximately 3, 200 square feet – featuring soaring ceilings, walls of glass, large ocean-front decks off the living room and master bedroom, plus a spectacular (and rare) rooftop deck with spa, fire-pit and entertaining area. Submit to Building and Safety and be shovel-ready within months. Just a short drive from Santa Monica and within paddling distance of the iconic Topanga surf break, this location is ideal. The seller is motivated and purchased this Palisades Fire burnout lot in October of 2025. Please note, access is restricted (fenced) so please call/set up an appointment with the listing agent. Lot lines on photos are approximate.
