1905 Mitchell, Oroville, California 95966

Welcome to Jenn’s Cafe! A downtown Oroville staple since the 1940s! The current owner started here as a waitress 20 years ago and loved it so much that she bought it 14 years ago. Regulars come in for breakfast and stay for the conversation. Families have made it a weekly tradition, and people who moved away still stop in when they’re back in town. The food is good, the prices are fair, and nobody leaves hungry. After 40 years in the industry, the owner is ready to retire and pass the torch. She’d love to find someone who will love this place the way she has, and who will keep the doors open and the coffee on for the people who’ve been coming in for years. The hard part is already done. The loyal customer base took decades to build. The close-knit crew knows the menu, the routine, and the regulars by name. And with its cozy space and easy in-and-out access right downtown, this cafe is ready for its next chapter. You might be an experienced restaurateur or someone who has always dreamed of owning a cafe. Either way, this is your chance to step into a business Oroville already loves and make it your own.
