This is a rare turnkey development opportunity in prime Huntington Palisades – Ready-to-Issue (RTI) plans are already in hand for a 7, 524 square-foot residence by acclaimed architecture studio Bureau Namas. The 8, 205-SF lot sits amongst still-standing homes in the most desirable part of the neighborhood, South of Pampas Ricas, where life has returned to normal quickly after the fire. The design’s main level centers on a sweeping great room that opens through walls of French doors to a grassy, private backyard with pool and spa, alongside a chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, den, and pantry. Downstairs, a full wellness center offers a gym, sauna, steam shower, cold plunge, and bar/play room, plus a private guest suite. Upstairs is dedicated entirely to four private suites, including a primary suite that extends the width of the home and features expansive dual baths and closets. The architecture is French Mediterranean meets Montecito-style: clay tile roof, iron-framed windows and archways that give way to a warm, light-filled interior of white oak, marble, and coffered ceilings. Other features include an elevator, two-car garage, two laundry rooms, and more. Shovel-ready, with the most uncertain phase of development already complete, plans can be walked into LADBS within days of closing.
