This business has proudly served the Del Mar Heights trade area since 2007 — nearly two decades of consistent operation, loyal repeat customers, and strong brand recognition in a location with no nearby USPS branch, giving it a largely captive customer base for mailbox, shipping, printing, and notary services. Operating from a professionally managed, institutionally owned retail center, this business benefits from steady foot traffic in one of the region’s most desirable ZIP codes. It is fully owner-operated with no current payroll burden, making it an ideal fit for a hands-on owner looking to step into a proven, recognized franchise system — or for an existing shipping-center owner looking to add a well-located second location. There is real, identifiable upside for a new owner ready to bring energy and focus back to the day-to-day operation: restoring full/extended store hours, adding notary and Live Scan services, launching an Amazon returns partner program, and actively growing private mailbox rentals. None of these require significant capital investment — they represent clear operational opportunities a motivated new owner can act on quickly. As a PostalAnnex® franchise, the buyer steps into an established brand with franchisor training, national marketing support, and existing carrier relationships already in place (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). The current lease runs through August 2028, giving a new owner a clear runway to build on nearly 20 years of customer goodwill. This is a confidential business sale. Detailed financial statements, lease documents, and franchise information will be provided to qualified buyers upon execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Sale includes all FF&E needed to operate — shipping/packaging equipment, mailbox unit bank, notary and printing equipment, and POS system — plus on-hand shipping/packaging supply inventory. Competition: Located in an affluent, high-density Del Mar Heights trade area with no nearby USPS branch, giving this location a largely captive customer base for mailbox, shipping, printing, and notary services. The center is professionally managed with strong, consistent foot traffic. Direct competition for full-service shipping/mailbox offerings nearby is limited, and the business has built nearly two decades‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ …
