4576 Paul Sweet Road, Santa Cruz, California 95065

Are you looking for an all-natural rural area to create something amazing? This private property gets direct sun and nice shade from mixed fruit trees, redwoods, and more. A small seasonal creek, fenced horse areas, a horse stall and hay barn offer a space of possibility. Price reduction made in reflection to the landscaping needs and demo needed to have the red tag on the main structure removed. Close to the city, specifically minutes from Chaminade & a hospital, this tucked away, unique property, awaits you. The existing structures are being given no value. The county restricts the main structure and all existing structures being used as a liveable home. An old survey map is available and includes alternative proposed building site and home design. There is an agricultural well and a septic on site. Electric does have a 1997 permit and connects from the road. All information provided is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Broker/Agent has not verified boundary lines, surveyed lot size, buildability, or feasibility. Buyer is strongly advised to conduct their own independent investigations, inspections, and due diligence regarding all aspects of the property, including but not limited to, checking with appropriate city/county planning departments for building permits.
