Welcome to the iconic Lofts at Cherokee Studios, this sophisticated two-bedroom, two-bath residence blends modern luxury with a storied entertainment legacy. The historic property occupies the former sites of Cherokee Recording Studios and MGM Studios, where legends such as Frank Sinatra, David Bowie, and Michael Jackson once recorded. Designed by acclaimed architects Pugh + Scarpa, the building represents one of the first environmentally conscious developments to achieve Platinum LEED certification, incorporating features such as solar panels, passive cooling design, drought-resistant landscaping, and a communal rooftop deck. Positioned as a rare single-level corner residence and one of only two of its kind, the east-facing home showcases an airy, open-concept layout framed by expansive glass walls that open to a generous private terrace with treetop and Hollywood Hills vistas. Approximately 11-foot ceilings further amplify the volume of the living and sleeping spaces, while warm wood flooring extends throughout. The kitchen is appointed with premium stainless-steel appliances, including a Bertazzoni range along with newer LG refrigerator and dishwasher. The primary suite includes a spacious custom walk-in closet and an elegant ensuite bath, complemented by additional spa-inspired bathrooms and automated window treatments. A private balcony with dedicated storage offers added functionality and a peaceful outdoor escape. Residents also enjoy access to a rooftop deck with sweeping 360-degree views, two separate subterranean parking spaces featuring a newly installed electric vehicle charger, and in-unit laundry. Ideally located with a Walk Score of 94, the home sits close to Melrose Avenue, Whole Foods, and an array of notable dining and entertainment options, presenting a rare opportunity to own a sustainable, design-forward loft in the heart of Hollywood with just about anything you could look for within walking distance.
