Berry Creek, CA – 27.7 Acres | Lake Views | Creek Frontage | Iconic Quartz Boulder Discover 27.7 acres of scenic mountain land in Berry Creek, California, offering a rare combination of privacy, natural beauty, and development potential. This expansive parcel sits atop the mountain and features a roughed-in driveway leading toward a level home or cabin site near the western boundary, where breathtaking panoramic lake views can be enjoyed. A truly unique highlight of the property is a massive approximately 75-foot quartz boulder—comparable in size to a three-story building—dramatically perched above the primary building site. This striking natural landmark adds character, visual interest, and a one-of-a-kind setting rarely found in mountain properties. The eastern boundary is defined by year-round or seasonal creek frontage, enhancing both the scenic and recreational value of the land. The property is richly forested with pine, madrone, and oak trees, and abundant wildlife is frequently observed throughout the area. Adding historical intrigue, there is reportedly an abandoned historic gold mine near the northwestern boundary (buyer to verify), reflecting the region’s Gold Rush heritage and further distinguishing the property. This parcel presents an exceptional opportunity for a private mountain retreat, recreational getaway, or custom cabin near the lake, offering privacy, views, and a dramatic natural landscape in a peaceful mountain setting.
