The 40 Springs Ranch is one of the most beautiful retreat properties in Lake County. A private lake of 4 surface acres is in the center of this stocked with bass and bluegill. The ranch comes with a Use Permit for 15 acres of cannabis cultivation, and 3 wells have been drilled that produce over 100 GPM for farming efforts. Two modest hunting cabins are on site, both with off the grid power and propane tanks installed. Springs have been developed, and a 2nd pond for wildlife use is in the back of the property. This comes in 9 legal parcels and potential home sites are everywhere, many with views of Clear Lake and Mt Konocti. Former owner was a mountain bike enthusiast and built bike trails all around the valley. No matter what your outdoor hobbies are, you will love the possibilities that come with this ranch. The lucrative farming option is the icing on the cake. Only a couple hours from the heart of the Bay Area, this could be the legacy ranch that changes your life!
