43300 Little River Airport Road 60, Little River, California 95456

Prime location at The Woods; located at the very end of Wild Iris Way- there is a walking trail right off the back deck! Unusually spacious living room with huge picture windows and sliding doors leading to a sunny deck. The home also has bonus office space with built in desk and 2 generously sized bedrooms. The dining room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking a magical forest of trees and is next to the kitchen with plenty of storage. The 2 car garage is oversized with substantial built in shelves. There is a fenced ‘dog yard’ for any canine friends located right next to the deck. This is not the typical manufactured home floor plan. Instead, there is a light and airy feel as soon as you walk in. Current space rent is $1, 247/mo. plus $88./mo. for water/sewer. The Woods offers a community indoor pool, library and commercial kitchen for special events.
