This is a prime commercial/retail space located on the hard signalized corner of MLK Jr. Way and 16th St. The current ownership will build it for you with a long-term lease commitment! Located just three blocks from Highway 99 on/off ramp and just two blocks from the existing In-N-Out Burger and the site of the newly proposed Chick-fil-A. As an added bonus, this site is down the street from proposed Merced High-Speed Rail Station.
