Great location! Only about a 40 minute drive to Yosemite. This property is part of a neighborhood on the edge of the historic town of Mariposa. It is close to the quaint shops of Mariposa, and even close to the hospital and clinic! What more could you want? Spring will bring lovely wildflowers and new growth of the trees and native shrubs. The owners say there is a spring on the property and a seasonal creek. Old photos show small pools of water at the stream, and a pipe with running water, which might be the spring.
