**There is a well drilled on this land**
Strategically located in the ADD (Airport Development District, zoned for legal marijuana cultivation), just south of Adelanto Avenue, it comprises approximately 9.3 acres of land. It lies east of Highway 395, near the Southern California Logistics Airport. The transit containers stored at the airport, owned by Walmart, Amazon, and Costco, indicate anticipated growth. The airport continues to expand and is known for its support of the aircraft lifecycle. Some new businesses include Anduril, a defense company specializing in Autonomous Aerial Vehicles, and a 1.3 million square foot facility under construction for Goodyear.
The State of California has provided significant funding to Adelanto recently. This funding will support parks, housing, and infrastructure.
