Beautiful Studio only 30 seconds to the beach in the heart of Mission Beach. This studio apartment is located on the second level of our beach retreat triplex. The other two units are short term rentals. The studio is fully furnished with everything from towels to dishes and bedding. We welcome stays from 2 -12 months. Next availability is March 1, 2026. July & August rent will be $4000, and $3000 other month’s of the year or longer terms of 6 months or longer. You will have access to the shared patio area with barbecue grills, fire pit, outdoor shower, seating and direct access to beach. Also, comes with assigned covered parking spot. Unit has recently been fully renovated with quartz counter tops, all newer stainless steel appliances and floors. Comes with a smart tv, queen size bed, pullout couch for guests and all the kitchenware you need. Max occupancy is 2 people. If the stay is more than 3 months, than we will need credit and income verification. Income of 2.5X rent, and minimum 650 credit score. Utilities are a flat $100 a month charge.
