About Hoyt Hochman
Hoyt Hochman began his real estate career in 1996 at Blair Commercial Real Estate, now known as Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR WESTMAC. Through hard work, dedication, and loyalty, he quickly earned the trust of numerous building owners and tenants, becoming the firm’s leading sales agent and successfully completing hundreds of real estate transactions.
In 2014, Hoyt founded Hoyt Realty & Investment, a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in commercial services. He continued to build on his success and, in December 2023, joined Platinum Properties, bringing his team along to offer exceptional service to clients on both local and national levels.
Hoyt and his family reside in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach, just minutes from his office. He values honesty and integrity, which have been key to maintaining a loyal and steady client base over the years.
